Meet Jason

Founder, Owner & Operator

I created Saddle & Spruce around a straightforward belief: homeowners deserve more than someone who simply completes a task. They deserve someone who arrives prepared, respects their home, communicates clearly and stands behind his work.

I was raised with a strong Western spirit and the values that come with it: work hard, show up prepared, respect people and their property, carry yourself as a gentleman and keep your word. Those values were reinforced through my service in the United States Air Force and my education at DePaul University, where I earned my bachelor’s degree.

I also bring more than 20 years of experience renovating and flipping homes, reimagining existing spaces and coordinating trades and contractors. That experience taught me to look beyond the task at hand and understand how each decision affects the function, appearance and long-term care of a home.

Having called Colorado home for more than 12 years, I understand the pride people take in their homes here. I also bring a strong eye for interior design, considering not only whether something works, but how it looks, how it feels and how it belongs within the home.
